I cannot go to sleep at night without flossing my teeth. (And brushing, of course.)
I sleep on the right side of the bed. It’s closer to the bathroom.
I rarely run with an iPod. Maybe once every 20 runs.
I am such a morning person. I get up to eat. And run. And get online. Yep.
I have a small daily battle between applying hand sanitizer and hand lotion.
In reading The Happiness Project, and with our impending move, January has become my month to de-clutter. Throw away, giveaway, organize what’s left. My closet is full of clothes that I never wear, and it’s time to clean it up.

At the beginning of the year, turn all of your hangers around facing the front. When you wear something, turn the hanger around towards the back. If there’s something you never wear, time to give it away.
If someone paid for you to have a massage, facial, or manicure/pedicure twice a month, which would you choose?
Massage.

I wish I was a morning person. I desperately need to purge my closet. I typically sleep on the side of the bed closest to the bathroom. The way our bedroom is set up now, I’m on the left side. I love facials, but desperately need massages.
OK that hanger trick is wicked! It’s going to feel so good to give stuff away, once you start it’s easy but getting started was hard.
I agree w/ running sans music, and I am a morning person with ya!

Love that quote at the end of the post so much. I’m such a morning person too! And I also sleep on the right side of the bed – if you’re facing it. Left if you’re lying in it face up, lol!
Yup, I totally don’t know how to determine which side is which! Dude, I get up to eat too. And workout/practice yoga. My two favourite things to do first thing…in that order. yum! And fun!

Ha! I used to sleep closest to the bathroom too but for some reason, chose the side by the window when M and I moved in together. I think that’s because at his place, that’s the side I slept on?? I have no idea. If I could have twice monthly…mani/pedi, hands down! I love massages but love love love a pedi even more

Oooo, you know I’d choose a massage! I traded massage with another therapist the other day and it was magical. That is definitely an avenue where I am trying to practice what I preach more often. Massage is magical!
I have seen that hanger idea before, but haven’t done it. I think I’m totally game for that!
