Friday links = frinks:
- bike helmets: safety or style? – from the lululemon blog. Billy & I are in the market for new bike helmets so this was perfect timing.
- 100 best workout songs from the ‘90s – because who doesn’t love a good flashback? on the list: Barbie Girl, Groove is in the Heart, and Jump (Kriss Kross).
- what to buy & what to skip at Trader Joe’s – we don’t have these markets in Texas yet, but they are all the rage in blogland, and apparently make anything you can imagine covered in dark chocolate.
(click through above images for link source)
- 10 ways happy people choose happiness – including “choose to focus on what you have, not what you haven’t” and “choose to embrace the next step in your life.”
- relaxing yoga poses you can do in bed

Thank you for the TJ frink! Did you hear that Dallas is getting a TJ?! I can’t wait!
Ohh I love those quotes – so fitting for where you’re heading in the next stage of life together! How cool!
PS. Trader Joes DOES make everything under the sun covered in chocolate, not a bad concept really

I love to read before I fall asleep! And no electronic books for me – good old paper! Sadly, I only average about 3-10 pages per night before I fall asleep!
Also sad: no trader joe’s in canada!
Happy weekend, dorry!
I hope you can get bike helmets in fun colours!!!!
I’ve been reading my Bible this week every night before bed. It is nice to just open to a random page and see how somehow the verse relates to life. Thanks for sharing that Trader Joe’s link! Always helpful to learn about quality/price of options!

those Powerberries are my favorite, I never leave a TJ’s store without them…
I look forward to my nightly ritual of reading in bed… even if I am so exhausted it ends up being just a few pages / minutes… I read BOOKS! no electronics in the bedroom (laptops) and I don’t want a reader. I like books.
happy Friday, dear Dorry XXO
