this sums up my memories of our weekend in Park Slope:
I’ve been strength training at home with free weights and kettlebells and feeling stronger, but then I went to yoga Monday night and the chaturangas kicked my ass arms. so sore! I’ve missed yoga, and it felt great to be back on the mat.
related – I still do at least one headstand everyday.

remember when I posted about our weekly date night with a twist? well, we haven’t exactly been sticking to the plan. we’ve had other things come up with friends, and some nights we just weren’t feeling it. but we changed that this week!
during a walk after work, we were planning to stop by the store to pick up something to cook for dinner, but made an impromptu decision to walk to Tavern on Jane.

something so incredibly rare happened: we ordered the same thing – a massive cobb salad. I asked for the bacon and gorgonzola on the side so B had extra.
we loved this dining experience, and will definitely return!
