Fitness
I love to be in motion. Walking, hiking, running, rollerblading, biking, yoga…
I started running in May 2010. I’ve been running ever since.

As I increased my mileage, I was smart about fueling and hydrating.
And I wrote this post for the lululemon blog about fueling for workouts:
I bought a bike in November 2010 that I use for fitness and transportation. I’m sort of obsessed with my bike. And then Billy bought one, too, so now we ride together.

On the yoga front:

A post about my overall experience: A Bikram Story.
I purchased another unlimited 30-day pass at Uptown Yoga, where they offer Vinyasa Flow classes, trying to expand my horizons. I also practiced at home.
I didn’t fall in love with yoga until I started my job at lululemon in March 2011.
Now I practice yoga several times a week, and really enjoy the mental and physical benefits of a consistent practice.

My Tuesday – a documentation of a busy day in the life of Bird
Pilates – I started taking Pilates classes regularly at the end of October 2011, and I’m totally hooked. My favorite studio in Dallas is Beats Per Minute (BPM).
I’m running lululemon’s first half marathon, the SeaWheeze, August 11, 2012.

And I’m a FitFluential Ambassador!
