Migraines are a form of headache that occurs regularly. They induce pulsing pain that ranges from mild to severe. Usually, the pain is on one side of your head. These are way beyond ‘just a headache; migraine is a neurological condition that can lead to multiple symptoms

Aura: You may notice flashing or brilliant lights and zig-zag lines if you are experiencing this phase. Muscle weakness may occur and the sensation of being touched or grabbed. A migraine aura might occur just before or during the headache. 

Headache: Migraine symptoms usually start slowly and then progress to greater intensity. It commonly occurs as pulsing pain on one side of your head. However, a migraine can occur without causing a headache. Other migraine symptoms include: 

Sensitivity to light, noise, and scents has increased.

Vomiting and nausea.

Pain may worsen as you move, cough, or sneezes.

Postdrome(after the headache) (following the headache): After a migraine, you may feel weary, weak, and bewildered. This can linger for several hours or even a day.

Migraines are more common in the morning; many people have them first thing in the morning. Some people get migraines at predictable periods of the month, such as before menstruation or after a hard week at work.

Migraine is a headache-related medical disease with accompanying symptoms. It is not only a nasty headache, and it can have a big influence on daily life, making it difficult to work and complete ordinary duties.

Though it is not always possible to eliminate triggers, identifying and avoiding them can often help minimize the frequency of episodes.
