You want to stay healthy without leaving your bad eating habits or wrong life style. But that does not work when it comes to losing weight. Although staying leaner is not always considered as healthy, but being overweight can create several problems, medically.   5. Swimming and cycling are also good exercises and help in reducing weight. These exercises give better results if done under some guidance.

You can keep two day for full-body workouts and rest of the days standing rows, bicep curls, bench press, squats, shoulder press and pull ups will give you wonderful results and within a month your weight may not reduce but you will start feeling lighter and fresh.
  8. Those that want to build muscles while staying slim can take the help of strength training programs. The programmer may give you a set of five to six exercises, five days a week. It may include weight lifting also and he will increase the weight every week. It will help strengthening of muscles without putting extra weight.
